"Bad timing with the shipping"
The order itself was totally fine, but the shipping ended up taking way longer than I expected. I think it was partly just bad timing on my end, because I needed it sooner than usual, but it was still annoying waiting around for it.

My order from Briarwood Lane showed up exactly the way I had chosen it. The flag was the right design, the right size, and nothing was mixed up. Shipping was standard too. i had a good feeling when I ordered, and it was nice to see that instinct was right. I’ve had other places send the wrong item before, so this was a relief. I’d definitely order from them again.

"Pretty decent, though a little clunky"
I was able to find what I needed on briarwoodlane.com, but the site felt a bit slow and kind of busy in places. A few pages seemed to take longer than I expected to load, and the menus could probably be a little easier to navigate. Checkout was fine once I got to it, so it wasn’t a bad experience overall. Just maybe not the smoothest shopping site I’ve used.

"Really happy with it"
I got a garden flag, i was impressed. The fabric feels nice and a little heavier than I expected, and the colors look just like they did in the pictures. It’s been out in the yard for a few weeks now, and so far, it still looks great. No fading or anything. Shipping was smooth too. Yeah, I’d definitely order from Briarwood Lane again.

In the end, my order got fixed really quickly, which was such a relief. I called customer service and they were super nice and easy to talk to. They handled everything faster than I expected.

I was pleasantly surprised by this. The quality felt nice right away, and the prices were better than I expected. I tend to look for little patterns when I buy stuff, like whether the finish, packaging, and overall feel all line up, and in this case it all seemed consistent. Good stuff for the price.
